Full-Time Warehouse & Assembly Team Leader (m\/f\/d)<\/h2>\n

Your Responsibilities with Us<\/h3>\n
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating our warehouse and assembly operations, working closely with your team and related departments.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Planning and Ensuring Optimal Warehouse Efficiency<\/li>\n
- Responsibility for all warehouse and assembly processes, including inventory<\/li>\n
- Ensuring and Monitoring Our Quality Standards<\/li>\n
- Monitoring and Control of All Material Movements<\/li>\n
- Organization and Coordination of Order Fulfillment and Shipping<\/li>\n
- Preparation and verification of delivery and shipping documents<\/li>\n
- Monitoring and Coordination of Packaging Processes<\/li>\n
- Providing professional guidance and support to a specific team of employees<\/li>\n
- Planning Staff Assignments and Required Resources<\/li>\n
- Coordination and prioritization of daily workflows<\/li>\n
- Continuous improvement of processes in warehousing, assembly, and shipping<\/li>\n
- Close collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, and other internal departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Ideally, you should have the following:<\/h3>\n\n- Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an industrial mechanic (m\/f\/d), electronics technician\/electrical engineer (m\/f\/d), or a comparable technical qualification<\/li>\n
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity<\/li>\n
- Work experience in an industrial or technical setting<\/li>\n
- Ideally, experience in warehousing, logistics, assembly, or shipping<\/li>\n
- Previous experience in managing or coordinating staff is a plus<\/li>\n
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent approach to work<\/li>\n
- A strong sense of quality and responsibility<\/li>\n
- Proficiency in using common computer applications; experience with inventory management or ERP systems and MS Office programs is a plus<\/li>\n
- Open and sincere communication<\/li>\n
- And most importantly: They aren’t too proud to roll up their sleeves and pitch in themselves.<\/li>\n
