Steam trap DC2R (for sterilizers)
- Stainless steel
-
- option
- – ASTM material available
-
No condensate residue
Integrated thermocouple closes at 5 ℃ (9 ℉) below the saturation temperature.
When the appliance is switched off, no condensation remains in the cover at the bottom of the housing, which prevents the build-up of bacteria. -
Stainless steel
The housing and main components of the appliance are made of stainless steel, which gives it excellent corrosion resistance.
-
Compact design
Can be installed in small spaces.
-
Easy maintenance
Easy maintenance and inspection due to low number of components.
Typical applications
Suitable for industrial sterilizers.

● Max. permissible pressure (PMA): 16 bar (at 220 ℃)
PMA is the design pressure of pressure-resistant parts (housing).
● Max. permissible temperature (TMA): 220 ℃ (at 16 bar)
TMA is the design temperature of the main unit (housing).
* Also available without cover (DC2-16H).
The specified condensate flow rate applies at a condensate temperature of approx. 10 ℃ below the saturation temperature.
