Full-Time Warehouse & Assembly Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities with Us

You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating our warehouse and assembly operations, working closely with your team and related departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and Ensuring Optimal Warehouse Efficiency
  • Responsibility for all warehouse and assembly processes, including inventory
  • Ensuring and Monitoring Our Quality Standards
  • Monitoring and Control of All Material Movements
  • Organization and Coordination of Order Fulfillment and Shipping
  • Preparation and verification of delivery and shipping documents
  • Monitoring and Coordination of Packaging Processes
  • Providing professional guidance and support to a specific team of employees
  • Planning Staff Assignments and Required Resources
  • Coordination and prioritization of daily workflows
  • Continuous improvement of processes in warehousing, assembly, and shipping
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, and other internal departments

Ideally, you should have the following:

  • Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), electronics technician/electrical engineer (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Work experience in an industrial or technical setting
  • Ideally, experience in warehousing, logistics, assembly, or shipping
  • Previous experience in managing or coordinating staff is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent approach to work
  • A strong sense of quality and responsibility
  • Proficiency in using common computer applications; experience with inventory management or ERP systems and MS Office programs is a plus
  • Open and sincere communication
