Diffusion and corrosion light years ahead

For example, the PFA-lined WA ball valve
– reliable with acids, alkalis & co.

Reliable and cost-effective – PFA-lined WA ball valves offer you options for use in pharmaceutical or chemical plants as well as in the food industry.

  • emission-free certified according to DIN EN ISO 15848:
due to v-shaped PTFE or TFM1600 spindle seal, according to new TA-Luft
  • Special seat design:
for low operating torque and reliable sealing performance
  • Vacuum-proof:
due to dovetail-like anchoring of the PFA lining in the housing
  • High quality lining:
100% spark test for all manufactured PFA ball valves

Butterfly valves with astronomically good protection

For example, the PTFE-lined butterfly valves

for challenging media

Reliable and cost-effective – PFA-lined WA ball valves offer you options for use in pharmaceutical or chemical plants as well as in the food industry.

Drives from the world market leader ROTORK

Automation technology for industrial high-altitude flights

– the ROTORK RC200 series & quarter-turn actuators

Pneumatically actuated valves that save 30-40 % of the compressed air used generate benefits – and increase the efficiency of your butterfly valves and ball valves. Like the quarter-turn actuators with Scotch Yoke principle from ROTORK. As an exclusive sales and service partner of ROTORK, Wagner Armaturen maintains the largest stock of actuators and spare parts in Germany.

Scotch yoke drives achieve a 50 % higher torque at the end positions than conventional rack and pinion drives. A smaller choice of drive thus saves air, costs and procurement.

  • Certified drives:
approved for use in SIL2 systems as individual devices and in SIL3 systems in redundant design in accordance with IEC 61508. Also ATEX-certified in Ex zones for gases and dusts.
  • Standardized interfaces:
in accordance with ISO 5211 and DIN 3337 in combination with a double square socket in accordance with DIN 79 for mounting on the valve
  • Lateral NAMUR flange:
for direct attachment of solenoid valves
  • Interface in accordance with VDI/VDE 3845/NAMUR:
for use by positioners and feedback units
